Current openings:

Various options are available and scheduling is quite flexible ( days/times/part-time / full-time,etc). There are a few entities and the list below is partial.

ALL positions require a basic criteria of an ability to interact with clients and computer literacy…self-starter is a must. Computer useage may include skills in spreadsheet/123, graphics, website building, ftp, email with attachments, Multiple Listing Service ( a database ) searching, local database, ebay, etc.

There may be digital camera work, marketing/mailing development and implementation, client contact – followups, filing, etc.

Applications that are not complete are not considered. Include a time/day that you could stop in for a meeting.


We also believe that housing and taxes are the largest expense items and
a reality for most individuals. We do not feel that clients are best served
by “fill in the blank” tax preparers or tax software. We feel that we can
better assess their overall picture. Further, since owning a home, and/or
investing in real estate in other ways, is no doubt the largest financial
transaction that people make, we do not feel that a “salesperson” should
be guiding that type of activity, much less letting them navigate the “by
owner” process blindly. We do however feel that the professionals that assist
in such a major financial undertaking should be knowledgeable of related
tax laws and have years of collective experience with similar transactions
of their own. Foremost we want to be able to help them see the financial
aspects relating to the timing, tax, appreciation, and
liquidity implications of the buy/sell process as well as a host of
other factors.

Marketing Coordinator

30 hours/wk, $5/hr draw against bonuses, $20 per tax client, .125% per realty transaction, $20 per auto transaction

Primary responsibilities include update & organize marketing databases
and coordinate mailings. Update mailing databases, produce letter and postcard
mailings, update blogs, email or phone to update active clients requesting
updates. Coordinate webpage updates so that marketing and website is consistent.
Coordinate with in house professionals of our various profit centers. Relaxed,
flexible, in-formal small office atmosphere.

Minimum requirements: Excellent business etiquette, very personable disposition,
moral standards references, demonstrated experience or directly related
educational course work & high degree of computer literacy. Position
is entrepreneurial in nature and will involve use of spreadsheets, html editor

& ftp programs as well as other software.

Tax Preparer

40-60% fee split on billings + bonuses on cross selling into our other profit
centers.

Coordinate with and support marketing assistant, process tax returns for
existing client base and market to local farm.

Coordinate with in house professionals of our other profit centers. Relaxed,
flexible, in-formal small office atmosphere.

Minimum requirements: Excellent business etiquette, very personable disposition,
moral standards references, demonstrated experience or directly related
educational course work & high degree of computer literacy. Position
is entrepreneurial in nature and will involve use of spreadsheets, html editor
& ftp programs as well as other software.

Small Business Accountant

40-60% fee split on billings + bonuses on cross selling into our other profit
centers.

Coordinate with and support marketing assistant, setup & support small
business clients with knowledge of Quicken/ Quickbooks, payrolls & payroll
returns processing, EOY tax return preparation, and related issues for existing
client base and market to local farm.

Coordinate with in house professionals of our other profit centers. Relaxed,
flexible, in-formal small office atmosphere.

Minimum requirements: Excellent business etiquette, very personable disposition,
moral standards references, demonstrated experience or directly related
educational course work & high degree of computer literacy. Position
is entrepreneurial in nature and will involve use of spreadsheets, html editor

& ftp programs as well as other software.

Auto Broker Coordinator

40-60% fee split on direct buy/sell profits + bonuses on cross selling into
our other profit centers.

Coordinate with and support marketing assistant, process auto brokerage for
existing client base and market to local farm.

Coordinate with in house professionals of our other profit centers. Relaxed,
flexible, in-formal small office atmosphere.

Minimum requirements: Excellent business etiquette, very personable disposition,
moral standards references, demonstrated experience or directly related
educational course work & high degree of computer literacy. Position
is entrepreneurial in nature and will involve use of spreadsheets, html editor
& ftp programs as well as other software.

Involves completing or coordinating: aquisitions with transport, reconditioning
mechanical, cosmetic, and detailing, marketing via website, lot/roadside,
and advertising media, test drives, deliveries if needed, complete paperwork
with client and secretary of state, maintain supplies & records, etc.

In-House Bookkeeper

Hours flexible, minimum wage base with bonuses paid for referring in customers
to our various profit centers & increases possible after 90 & 180
days based on business activity & results.

Relaxed, flexible, in-formal small office atmosphere. Coordinate with in
house professionals of our profit centers. Payables, recievables, light payroll,
Quicken/Quickbooks, Lotus 123. Option for cross over work involving marketing
by mail and websites which is incentive pay based on results with small draw.

Minimum requirements: Excellent business etiquette, very personable disposition,
moral standards references, demonstrated experience or directly related
educational course work & high degree of computer literacy. Position
is entrepreneurial in nature and will involve use of spreadsheets, html editor
& ftp programs as well as other software.


Webpage builder/ editor:

Includes updating our published site, inner office online server, and client
sites. Demonstrate sample work and ability to edit, upload and trouble
shoot webpages. Requires high degree of demonstrated computer literacy for
ftp, graphics, html, and other packages.

Bookkeeper accountant for client
accounts:

May include any of the following: ability to install and setup bookkeeping
software on client pc’s. Regular visits w/ clients on site and in house to
check validity of their useage of software and / or input payables and
receiveables for the clients. Payroll returns, spreadsheets, and other related
items involved. Upload in pdf to client interactive pages on our site. Requires
high degree of demonstrated computer literacy.

Property maintenance/ Labor:

Primarily a labor position involving light carpentry, painting, grounds keeping,
small projects, roofing, and other related repairs and upkeep.


Personal Assistant to Realtor – “team member”:

Includes phone skills, filing, copying, arranging appointments. Requires
high degree of demonstrated computer literacy.

Will need to be able to operate the office flow by maintaining current procedures
and creating new ones as needed. Additional skills may be required including
but not limited to: payroll, fluent use of Quicken and a spreadsheet, client
follow ups.

Will be “keeping house” for the team in that filing system (paper and PC)
will be kept up to date. Marketing ideas and implementation. Client needs
continually reviewed, researched, and followed through on. Scheduling of
all aspect of client buy/sell activity will be tracked.

Education and course work will be needed ( or show proof of ) to come up
to full base+draw pay level. Courses needed will be MLS software usage, advanced
spreadsheet class, web page software, mailing software, real estate course
work, and income tax course work. These may be completed over time.

Pay is hourly according to experience and abilities. There is a training
period wage that increases after 120 hours, 240 hours, and 360 hours. After
the 360 hr. point periodic performance review allows for minimal base pay
plus salary draw (for up to 3 months at a time) plus incentive pay for earnings
above draw account.

Realtor Assistant:

Requires real estate license or candidate. Tax course work or accounting
degree, and broker license, required to participate in highest level of
incentive-based pay. Requires high degree of demonstrated computer literacy.


– Office assistant and office manager positions receive income tax accounting
at no cost, family discount on real estate brokerage, discount of vehicles
thru referral affiliate, and company financial assistance in property
transactions.

– All positions except office/personal assistant receive educational benefits.

– All positions receive bonus on referrals for completed property transactions and vehicles sales thru referral affiliate.
